Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) announced Monday that Angela Yaganiski of Saskatoon has won over $500,000 ($517,413.66) with the grand jackpot on Vault Breaker at Confederation Inn in Saskatoon on May 4.
At first when the fourth Vault Breaker icon came down, she was thrilled thinking she’d won $18,000 but when the last symbol came down Yaganiski says she was in shock.
She says she’s spoiling the grandkids and that it is a blessing, as she and her husband get ready to celebrate their 35th anniversary, that life can be a little bit easier for them now.
Vault Breaker is a wide-area progressive that links 4,200 VLTs located in more than 550 sites in nearly 270 communities across the province. There are three mystery jackpot tiers: the province-wide grand jackpot has a minimum value of $500,000 and pays out before it hits $1.5 million.
