The Saskatchewan Federation of Labour is voicing support for delivery workers on strike in Saskatoon.

In a statement, SFL President Lori Johb says cutting wages for workers who play a key role in transportation and delivery hurts Saskatchewan’s economy, adding the workers are “incredibly brave” for standing up to Amazon and affiliated companies.

Johb says Saskatchewan workers stand with those on strike, and the federation has offered its support and assistance.
