The application period for the 2026-27 Saskatchewan Veterans Service Club Support Program has opened and runs until May 15th.
The program provides grants of up to $30,000 to veterans organizations in the province, including Legion branches, Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans (ANAVETS) units, as well as others.
Grants support facility upgrades, events and other activities that advance the work of the organizations and strengthen their long-term sustainability.
In a news release, Parks, Culture and Sport Minister Alana Ross said. “Over the years, this program has helped strengthen the long-term sustainability of Saskatchewan veterans’ service organizations and improve the quality of life in our province. We can’t thank our veterans’ service clubs enough, for their tireless work on behalf of our communities.”
