The Saskatoon Police Service responded to a robbery involving a vehicle that took place on Wednesday.

Around 9:30 a.m., officers received a report that a man in his Red Honda Civic in a parking lot on Spadina Crescent East near 33rd Street was approached and threatened with a knife by an unknown man.

The suspect allegedly ordered the victim into the back seat before entering the driver’s seat. The victim was able to flee the vehicle in the 1400 block of 8th Avenue North.

The suspect is said to have fled in the vehicle and was last seen turning eastbound onto Osbourne Street from 8th Avenue. The victim did not sustain any physical injuries.
