The RCMP is asking children across the country to help name police puppies as part of a contest.
Children aged four to 14 can submit name ideas for 13 German Shepard puppies that will be born at the Police Dog Training Centre in Innisfall, Alberta.
Each child can submit one name, and it must begin with the letter ‘B’ as well as be less than nine letters long and contain one or two syllables.
The 13 winners will receive a laminated eight-by0 inch photo of the puppy they named, a plush dog named justice, and an RCMP water bottle.
Contestants must live in Canada and entries must be submitted by March 26th. To enter the contest, visit rcmp.ca/en/police-dogs/name-puppy-contest.
