The Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Unit is investigating a suspicious death on Waterhen First Nation.

Friday morning at 8:45 a.m., Meadow Lake RCMP received a report of an injured male at a home on the first nation.

Officers arrived to find the male who was later pronounced dead by EMS at the scene.

Officers say they are not providing further identifying information at this time. Saskatchewan RCMP Homicide Investigation Unit took carriage of the investigation.
