ARRESTED: Prisoner on the loose after escaping Yorkton facility

A 57-year-old man who escaped the White Spruce Training Centre in Yorkton has been arrested.

Fifty-seven-year-old Robert Racine escaped the facility earlier this month. On Saturday, Brandon Police Service located and arrested Racine, who is scheduled to appear in Brandon Provincial Court on February 2.
