A 21 year old man is facing charges following a break and enter to a home in the 2600 block of Melrose Avenue yesterday.

Police were called to the home at around 5:40 p.m. after a resident pushed the suspect, who was unknown to him, out of his house after finding him standing in the kitchen.

Officers located the man in the 10 block of Young Crescent. He is charged with Break and Enter and Uttering Threats.

He was released on an undertaking and will appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on February 9th at 2:00 p.m.
