The 2026 W-C-B-L schedule is out, featuring a pair of firsts for the Saskatoon Berries (pictured).
For instance, the Berries will start their third season in the summer collegiate loop at home. Weyburn will visit Cairns Field on Saturday, May 30. Saskatoon and Cairns Field will, also, be the host venue for the first-ever W-C-B-L all-star weekend. Instead of just a game on one day, the Berries and the league will showcase their product over two days – July 18 and 19. The final regular-season game of 2026 for Saskatoon will be Wednesday, August 5 against Moose Jaw. Following is the news release from the Berries…..

This is NOT A DRILL Jam Fam! The 2026 WCBL Schedule has arrived and it’s chock full of berry goodness. The Saskatoon Berries start the season with our home opener on Saturday, May 30 against the Weyburn Beavers. . July 18 & 19 will be an incredible weekend of baseball when the Berries host the WCBL All-Star Weekend for the first time ever! The Berries close out the regular season at home on Wednesday, August 5 against the Moose Jaw Miller Express. The team is working overtime on exciting additions to seating, berry fun themes and promotions, and of course, getting the berry best players on that roster! We can’t wait to welcome back the Jam Fam to the NexGen Patch at Cairns Field next year! Just need all this snow to melt first. |
