Prince Albert RCMP received several report of a multi-vehicle accident on Highway #3 about five kilometres south of Prince Albert.

Around 6 p.m. on Tuesday a van and an SUV collided before the vant hit a third vehicle.

The driver of the van was declared deceased at the scene by EMS. He has been identified as a 67-year-old man from Prince Albert, SK.

The driver of the third vehicle was transported to hospital with serious injuries while the driver of the SUV wasn’t injured.

Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
