The Saskatoon Police Service says an 18-year-old male from Prince Albert is facing charges after a gun was fired.
The call came in around 9:40 p.m. on Sunday and police were told that a gunshot had been heard in a parking lot.
Officers located a suspect in a nearby dog park but say he refused to stop and fled on foot.
The police Canine Unit apprehended a suspect in the area of Garfield Street.
Police say a shot gun was also located and the man was in possession of ammunition.
He is now facing six charges including Obstruction and Intentionally Discharging a Firearm.
