Saskatoon Police have charged a 37-year-old Saskatoon man after the collision on University Bridge earlier this month.

He was charged on Thursday at 2:30 this afternoon while in hospital under the Mental Health Services Act.

The charges include dangerous operation of a vechicle, failure to stop for Police, impaired driving, refusal to provide a blood sample, substance possession and breach of probation.

He was previously released from custody without charge under the Mental Health Services act. The incident is still under investigation.
