Hash brown Casserole
Ingredients:
2 lb frozen hash browns
1/3 cup onion chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups medium shredded cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups corn flakes, crumbled
1/2 cup melted butter (to combine with corn flakes)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter and place in a greased casserole dish.
Put on topping of corn flakes and butter.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Monitor corn flakes for browning and cover with tin foil if necessary.
