A disturbance incident from three weeks ago is under investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service and is believed to involve a firearm being discharged.
According to an SPS news release, police received a report of several loud “bangs” in the area of the 2100 block of Cumberland Avenue South in the Adelaide/Churchill neighbourhood around 1:30 a.m. on July 23.
The Street Crimes Unit believes a firearm was discharged from a vehicle in the back alley of this area.
No injuries have been reported from the incident, but police are asking anyone with information relating to this disturbance to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
