Rhubarb Slush
Ingredients:
8 cups diced rhubarb
2 qt water
2.5 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 large box strawberry Jello
1 bottle Sprite or carbonated water
Instructions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Boil 15 minutes. Strain. Add strawberry Jello. Put into freezer safe container. Stir every couple hours until crystalized.
Mix 1/2 cup slush with 1/2 cup soda.
