The Saskatchewan NDP is again concerned for the status of Saskatchewan in Canada following two Unified Grassroots town hall events in Battleford and Swift Current this week.

Unified Grassroots is an organization that encourages Saskatchewan residents to sign a petition for sovereignty.  It has held town halls in other Saskatchewan communities on the topic already this year, including Saskatoon.

The NDP is calling on the provincial government to denounce the campaign and advocate for Saskatchewan to stay in Canada.
