Traffic restrictions at the Arlington Avenue and Eastview intersection have been lifted. The intersection was closed Thursday afternoon after police responded to a report of a collision involving a vehicle and a bicycle shortly after 3:00 p.m.  A 7-year-old boy was transported to hospital with serious injuries.  The SPS Collision Analyst continue to investigate.
