The City of Saskatoon is advising motorists heading into the downtown to bank in extra time and expect traffic on other bridges to be busy as well.

Saskatoon Police responded to a serious accident at 7:30 a.m. this morning after a vehicle and a motorcycle collided.

Both the City and the Saskatoon Police Service say the bridge is closed for an undetermined amount of time while police investigate.

As well the Broadway Bridge closed May 12th for a long-term construction project and is not a viable alternative.
