Battlefords RCMP say there was a fatal rollover Monday night northeast of North Battleford.

The call came in at 8:15 p.m. of an accident on Highway #378, one kilometre east of Highway #4.

A 32-year-old man from the North Battleford area was declared deceased at the scene by EMS. Another man in the vehicle was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious in nature.

Battlefords RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
