For the 75th year in a row, the provincial government is offering financial aid to students pursuing post-secondary education, and applications are now open.
This year’s budget allows for more than 22,000 eligible students to benefit from financial support, as over $46 million has been allocated to the cause.
Students with dependents under 12 can also apply for a newly established grant that provides them with $950 per child annually.
Also, post-secondary graduates who live and work in Saskatchewan can apply for the Graduate Retention Program, which provides up to $20,000 in tax credits.
All applications can be made online on the province’s website.
