A 17-year-old Saskatchewan youth is facing six charges including second degree murder following a firearm complaint on May 27th.
At 10:38 p.m., Lloydminster RCMP received a complaint stating that someone had been shot outside of an apartment complex in Lloydminster.
The next day at 1 p.m., members conducted the arrest of a suspect. A nearly 18-year-old youth was charged with aggravated assault.
Then, in the early morning of May 31, the victim of the aggravated assault, 19-year-old Nicolas Scott, succumbed to his injuries.
On June 3rd, the youth suspect was given their charges, remanded into custody, and is to appear at the Lloydminster Provincial Court in Saskatchewan on July 8.
