At 3:31pm yesterday, the Saskatoon Police Service responded to an accident on Circle Drive North near the Attridge Drive overpass.

A caller to CJWW has reported that a gravel truck went end over end.

Parts of both northbound and southbound Circle Drive was closed forcing all traffic, for instance, going north, into a single lane of traffic turning east off Circle at College Drive.  Traffic was backed up for kilometres in both directions.

Officers also responded to an accident involving a pedestrian near 8th Street and Arlington Avenue.

Eastbound lanes on 8th Street were blocked off, and drivers were asked to avoid the area if possible.

As of 11:20pm, the traffic restrictions were lifted.
