Australia has been eating into Canada’s canola market share in Japan—but Canadian canola remains the number one choice in China.

Whhile Australia grew a record canola crop a couple of years ago, this past year’s total is more modest.

While Australia has been making inroads in Japan, the Auzzies are unable to crack into the Chinese market due to higher levels of dockage.
