Sask Lotteries News Release
A Saskatoon woman has won $1 million on the October 3rd Western MAX draw.
Angela Trout was checking a couple of lottery tickets earlier in the month when she came across what she thought was a $100 WESTERN MAX prize.
When the cashier scanned the ticket, she screamed ‘You won $1 million!’, and Angela was shocked.
Trout admits that her first purchase will be a mop, as she desperately needs a new one. She said in a news release that she will also look into buying a new or newer vehicle.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Save on Foods located at 20-1503 8th St. E.
