A 37-year-old Moose Jaw man has been charged with Break and Enter, as well as assult, after a September 2nd incident.

On Saturday at 4:00pm, officers responded to the call of a break and enter at a house on the east side of Moose Jaw.

As they arrived, officers say that screaming could be heard inside the home. Police entered the residence to find a man assaulting a woman. She was treated for non-life threatening injuries by EMS, and the man was taken into custody.

The man was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
