Three people from Regina are facing charges after assaulting and robbing a woman on the street.
Saturday at 12:50am, police were dispatched to the 4200 block of Dewdney Avenue for a report of a robbery.
Police say the suspects had driven off in a vehicle prior to their arrival. However, officers located the suspect vehicle a few blocks away, and a traffic stop was conducted. All three suspects were arrested without incident. The victim suffered minor injuries in the incident.
Two women and a man were arrested. Sixty-one-year-old Heather Fenwick faces charges of robbery and possession of a scheduled substance, 37-year-old Kerry Lerat is charged with robbery and breach of probation, and 59-year-old Robert Oberkirsch is charged with robbery.
