Two people have been arrested while a third is wanted on warrants in connection to a recent crime spree that involved a grey Ford F-350 Super Duty truck in West-Central Saskatchewan.

Forty-eight year-old Leonard Wuttunee of the Moosomin First Nation and 44-year-old Veronica Whitford of Battleford were arrested around midnight on May 17 following the report of an assault earlier that evening on the Moosomin First Nation. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 34-year-old Dennis Kennedy (pictured) of the Red Pheasant First Nation. He is described as being about 6-feet-2 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. If anyone sees Kennedy, they are urged to not approach him, but call police immediately. He is wanted on 11 different charges involving 14 total counts. Wuttunee faces 16 total counts over 12 different charges while Whitford faces five counts on five different charges. Wuttunee and Whitford are schedule to appear Wednesday in North Battleford Provincial Court. In addition to the assault on Moosomin First Nation, the trio in the grey Ford F-350 Super Duty truck were believed to be involved in a May 14 robbery in Maidstone, two flight from police incidents on May 15 on the Poundmaker Cree Nation and the other on May 16 in North Battleford plus a May 16 theft from a rural property in the R-M of Glenside near Biggar.
