The number of wildfires in the province is growing every day. Right now, Saskatchewan has 38 wildfires burning, 5 being uncontained and 19 that are under ongoing assessment. There is an air quality warning in several areas across the province including Key Lake, Cree Lake, Ile a la Crosse, Buffalow Narrows, Beauval and La Loche. Meanwhile, Alberta has 87 active wildfires, with 24 burning out of control and 15 being held.
