Three men were arrested as a result of a three-month investigation into the drug trafficking practices of a group in Saskatoon. On May 4th, the SPS Drug and Tactical Support Unit arrested four men who were believed to be involved in trafficking cocaine in a a dial-a-dope operation.
Two were arrested in the 3100 Block of 8th Street East, and the other two were arrested near Idylwyld Drive North and Avenue P North near 23rd Street West. Two search warrants at addresses in the 400 block of Hamm Lane and 900 block of Kristjanson Road resulted in the seizure of $56,070, 26 grams of crack cocaine, a 2019 Ford F-150, a 2019 Chevrolet Silvarado, a 2017 BMW 440i, and a 2013 Dodge Journey.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jordan Corazza from Saskatoon, 26-year-old Mohammed Khan from Edmonton, and 21-year-old Jacob Taylor from Peachland are collectively facing several charged including trafficking of cocaine, possession for the purposes of trafficking, and possession of the proceeds of crime under or over $5,000. The fourth man arrested was later released without charged.
