A 6 year old was struck by a vehicle around 5:30 yesterday afternoon (mon) at Willowgrove Boulevard and Maguire Crescent. Saskatoon Police say the vehicle was travelling at a very slow speed when the child stepped onto the street. The injuries amounted to only minor scrapes however, as a precaution; the child was taken to hospital by EMS. No charges will be laid.
