The government of Saskatchewan asks motorists to pay attention on the roads. Around $65 million for tender is being issued for highway safety improvement projects. Ministry of Highways and Infrastucture spokesperson Steve Shaheen wants people to be aware of their surroundings and be alert because things can happen.Shaheen says, when motorists see crews out working, make sure to slow down to 60 km/h. He says if travelers want to check for any on going work in their areas of travel, they can look to the Highway Hotline website.
