Mistletoe Ball and Mistletoe Baskets bolster fundraising for MRI scanner

Two holiday-themed fundraisers for the St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation have added $215,600 to the pot for an MRI scanner.

In November, the 33rd annual Mistletoe Ball presented by Nutrien was held, and the sale of Mistletoe Baskets continued until this past weekend, when they were delivered.

Lecina Hicke, CEO of the St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation, says every sponsorship made and each basket and ticket purchase will help to upgrade the MRI scanner at the hospital, which will allow for more efficient service delivery, advancing imaging for more patients and decreasing wait times.
