The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit says it worked with the Dade County office of the FBI in Florida in charging a 30-year-old Outlook man with child pornography offences.
On Monday, members of the ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a home in Outlook which had been identified as the location where the offences were occurring. As a result of police investigation, Clayton Lee Casper, has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography, Luring, Distributing Child Pornography.
Electronic devices were seized for further forensic analysis. Clayton Casper was released from custody on numerous conditions.
The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service, and Prince Albert Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the Internet.
