Ryan Hurlburt placed second and John Byer finished eighth in the International Livestock Auctioneers Championships held at the Calgary Stampede last week.

The event attracts 24 of the top livestock auctioneers from Canada and the United States.  First place was awarded to Wade Leist of Boyne City, Michigan.
