Two men have been found guilty, in connection to the death of Allan Garrioch of Humboldt. On February 25th of 2020, RCMP were called to a home in Humboldt where a woman told them there had been a home invasion and her boyfriend, Allan Garrioch, who also went by the surname Glasier, had been kidnapped.
Investigators conducted a number of searches and his body was found in the RM of Bayne near Bruno. Twenty-three year old Tristan Daniel Morrison was found guilty of first degree murder, while 44 year old Steven Veilleux originally faced the same charge, but was found guilty of manslaughter. Sentencing will be handed out on June 27th.
