The Canadian Canola Growers Association (CCGA) is accepting early applications for the Advance Payments Program cash advance.
The CCGA is one of several organizations that administer the program on behalf of the federal government. It provides up to $100,000 in interest free advances and up to another $900,000 at rates of Prime less than 0.75 percent.
