The City of Saskatoon began mailing 2022 Assessment Notices this past week which will be delivered to approximately 15,000 residential and commercial property owners.

The City will mail an assessment notice only if there was a change since January 1 of last year, to the property’s assessment, tax status or ownership.

You can also find detailed assessment and tax information about your property online by entering your address using the City of Saskatoon’s online tool.

The 2022 Assessment Roll is a listing of all property assessments in Saskatoon and it opened January 4th for public inspection and will be open until February 4 but only by appointment.

If you want to appeal your assessment it has to be received by the City’s board of Revision between January 4 to February 4.
