Thursday night’s hot rumour that had Saskatoon and SaskTel Centre being the venue for upcoming Winnipeg Jets N-H-L home games has had cold water thrown on it.

A SaskTel Centre source says that won’t happen, although there were preliminary discussions as Manitoba has severe restrictions on indoor gathering sizes while there is no such thing right now in Saskatchewan.
