Over a period of three years, the Royal Bank of Canada is providing $450,000 through their Future Launch program to support skills enhancement training for students at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. In a news release, RBC says the funding will go directly to support Sask Polytech’s Skills Enhancement Training project aimed at reducing barriers to education and employment for vulnerable and at-risk student populations in the province. The project focuses on females, Indigenous peoples, new Canadians, visible minorities and those living with disabilities.
