A Sandy Bay man has been arrested and charged with one count of second degree murder following an investigation by the RCMP’s Prince Albert General Investigation Section. The charge is in relation to the death of 54 year-old Jacob Sewap of Sandy Bay. Sewap was found injured after police responded to an assault a Sandy Bay home in late December. Sewap then died of his injuries in early January. 24 year-old Lenny Sinclair will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday.
