Grand Chapter of Saskatchewan Order of the Eastern Star Hosts 2018 Grand Session

People from all over North America are in Saskatoon today and tomorrow for the 102nd Session of the Grand Chapter of Saskatchewan Order of the Eastern Star, the largest fraternal organization in the world to which both men and women may belong.

The Grand Chapter of Saskatchewan is expecting over 200 members for the 2018 session.

Worthy Grand Matron, Colleen Hozack says their primary charity goal is to raise funds to provide service dogs for those with disabilities.

Hozack says another special project for the local Eastern Star last year was KidSport, which helps those that can’t afford it to be able to take part in things like dance and hockey.
