Saskatoon Police say they received a report on Tuesday night around 8:30 p.m. of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. Police responded to the 2900 block of 7th Street East and also received information that there may be a firearm present. The suspect was located a short time later, after leaving the original location, in the 1200 block of Arlington Avenue. Police say there was a struggle with officers before an arrest was made. Officers seized an unloaded sawed off, semi-automatic rifle and a throwing knife. A 21 year old Saskatoon man is facing multiple weapons related charges and was also found in breach of court imposed conditions.
