An anti-COVID restrictions rally held last weekend is being linked to an increased risk of COVID-19 exposure.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is reporting that a person or persons who tested positive for COVID-19, while likely infectious, attended a “Freedom Rally” on Saturday April 17th, in Prince Albert.
The SHA is asking people who participated in this event to self-isolate and call HealthLine 811, your physician or nurse practitioner for further directions. The SHA says individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
