Regina Police say a second person has been charged in connection with a March 22nd robbery at a convenience store in Regina. A 15 year old boy was previously charged.
On March 22nd, police were dispatched to a weapons offence and robbery at the store in the 1200 block of 14th Avenue. The boy was arrested by police at the scene. A knife and an imitation firearm were allegedly seized during investigation. An injured female, assaulted in the incident, was taken to hospital by EMS. Investigation led to the arrest of the second suspect on Tuesday. Thirty-seven year old Shawn Lyle Geddes of the Fort Qu’Appelle district is facing several charges including Robbery and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
He made his first appearance in Provincial Court on Wednesday.
The boy is facing similar charges. He made his first court appearance on March 23rd.
