Members of the Cadet Orientation Police Studies, or C.O.P.S. program, were recognized in a graduation ceremony this morning (mon). The program is a collaboration between the Saskatoon Police Service and the Public and Catholic School Boards. The purpose is to develop a strong relationship between police and students as well as bridge ethnic and socioeconomic gaps. Grades 11 and 12 students are encouraged to take part. The program is recognized for high school credit.
