A former Saskatchewan music teacher found guilty of three counts of sexual assault and one of sexual interference will hear his sentence on January 12th.
Fifty-seven year old Gerard Loehr lives in Ottawa now and is facing similar charges there.
In February of 2019, Wynyard RCMP were contacted by a woman who said she had been sexually assaulted by Loehr when she was a student, and then, police say, five other people came forward.
He was charged with five counts of sexual assault and six counts of sexual interference relating to incidents that occurred between 1990 and 1996 in Wynyard and Foam Lake where he taught.
Loehr will be in Wynyard Provincial Court by video from Ottawa on January 12th.
