The fall bear hunt is now underway in Saskatchewan, and is open to all hunters with a black bear hunting licence in 4 different areas of the province.
There is also a spring hunting season for black bear.
Environment Minister Dustin Duncan says hunters can expect a promising fall black bear season.
Licenses can be purchased online with your hunting, angling and trapping license system, or HAL I.D.
