Forty-year-old Randy Lysoshirka was arrested a rural home outside of Maidstone with the assistance of tips from the public.  The arrest occurred without incident on Wednesday, September 23.

Lysoshirka will face second-degree murder charges in connection with the shooting death of 22-year-old Nolan Whitestone. Whitestone died following the September 21 shooting on 50 Avenue in Lloydminster.
