Nominations are now open for a by-election to fill the vacant Ward 5 seat on the Saskatoon Public Schools board.
The election was called after former trustee Jennifer Scherman moved out of province.
Candidates have until 4 p.m. on September 23 to file nomination papers with the City Clerk’s Office at Saskatoon City Hall.
Voters in Ward 5 will go to the polls October 28.
