If you want your voice heard while also serving your community, today is the last opportunity to learn more about what it takes to join one of the City’s boards or committees.

Tonight goes the second of two information sessions at City Hall for residents interested in volunteering their time, experience and perspectives by serving on a City board, commission or committee for the 2027 term.

At the info sessions, you’ll hear from current and former members about their experiences, learn the role of public members and what to expect, and discover available positions and how to apply.

The meeting goes from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Committee Room E at City Hall.

Applications for the 2027 term will be accepted from September 1 to September 18, 2026.
